Wellness For Business organizes different workshops about the well-being and health at work in our Antwerp location. The third session will be about dealing with stress. Everyone suffers from stress. There are also different forms of stress. Stress is indeed positive, necessary and inevitable. So be positive about your stress! The following items will be discussed during this info session : - What causes stress? Identify stressors. - Who am I? - Energy consumers - How our thoughts and emotions influence our behavior and what we can do about it - What impact does stress have on? Both physically and mentally - How do we recharge our emotional mental and physical batteries.
